先日、NHK国際報道（ 12/15深夜）で紹介されていた【ブルーシーフード】について、どのような魚種があるのか調べてみると『ランプフィッシュの卵』も含まれていました。卵はともかく、親（ミート）の安い価格には驚きです。　※MSC認証

12月23日追記【ランプフィッシュ、冷凍】について
アイスランドの関係者によれば、2020年と2019年に日本に輸出されているが、これは日本の会社が買い付けたが他国向けに船積みしたのでは無いかとの事。その時にアイスランド統計機関が間違えて日本向けの数字にしたのではとの意見がありました。

The other day, I looked up what species of fish were introduced in the NHK international report (Mid night 15 Dec) on 【Blue Seafood】 and found that it included 『Lumpfish caviar』. And by the way, I was surprised at the very low price of Lumpfish (meat)!

P.S. 23 Dec “Frozen lumpfish”
According to Icelandic officials, exports to Japan in 2020 and 2019 may have been bought by Japanese companies but shipped for other countries. It was suggested that the Icelandic statistical agency may have made a mistake and put the figures for Japan at that time.
