北極圏漁業におけるノルウェー＝ロシア合同作業部会（JRN-AFWG）は2024年のバレンツ海におけるカラフトシシャモの漁獲量を19万6千トンを超えてはならないと勧告しました。2023年のおよそ3倍、2018年以来最大の漁獲枠となります。
The Norway-Russia Joint Working Group on Arctic Fisheries (JRN-AFWG) has recommended that the catch of capelin in the Barents Sea in 2024 should not exceed 196,000 tons, roughly triple the 2023 quota and the largest since 2018.
