NHK Documentary Featuring Icelandic Capelin Production – Airing on July 8
7月8日（水）午後7:57～8:42放送のNHK総合「世界で開け！ひみつのドアーズ」で、アイスランドのカペリン（カラフトシシャモ）の生産現場が紹介される予定です。
今シーズン、私がカペリン買い付けの際、序盤に滞在していた工場も映る予定です。また、日本でカペリンが加工される様子も紹介されるようです。
アイスランドでの生産から日本での加工まで、普段なかなか見ることのできないカペリンの流れをご覧いただける貴重な機会だと思います。

An NHK documentary featuring Icelandic capelin production will be broadcast on July 8.
The processing plant where I stayed at the beginning of this season while purchasing capelin in Iceland is expected to appear in the program. It will also introduce how capelin is processed in Japan.
This will be a great opportunity to see the journey of capelin, from production in Iceland to processing in Japan.
