【オスのカラフトシシャモをもっと食べようキャンペーン！】
スーパーで見かける子持ちししゃも（カラフトシシャモ＝カペリン、以下ししゃも）は人気がありますが、今日はオスのししゃもを揃えてみました。オスのししゃもは、その味わい深さで徐々に注目を集めています。市場は拡大中なので、スーパーで見かけた際にはぜひお手に取ってみてください！もし売っていなかったら、スーパーの担当者にリクエストをすれば、取引先の納入業者が用意してくれる（？）と思います。
投稿の写真には、様々なオスししゃも製品を揃えています。左上から右下にかけて：
– 燻製シシャモ（カナダ産、カナダのスーパーで購入）
– みりん干し（ノルウェーまたはアイスランド産）
– （メス!）子持ちししゃもの燻煙漬け（ノルウェー産）
– みりん干し（ノルウェー産またはアイスランド産）
– オス丸干し（アイスランド産）
– 自家製オス開き一夜干し（ノルウェー産）
来シーズンはアイスランド海域でのカペリン漁獲枠が発給されることを心から願っています。

【Let’s Eat More Male Capelin Campaign!】
Roe-bearing shishamo (capelin, also known as Karafuto shishamo, hereinafter referred to as shishamo) are popular in supermarkets, but today we’ve brought together a selection of male shishamo. Male shishamo is gradually gaining attention for its rich flavor. The market is expanding, so if you spot them in supermarkets, please consider picking some up! And if they’re not available, perhaps you could request them from the supermarket manager, and their suppliers might be able to provide them (?).

In the posted photo, we have assembled various male shishamo products. From the top left to the bottom right:
– Smoked shishamo (from Canada, purchased at a Canadian supermarket)
– Mirin-dried (from Norway or Iceland)
– (Female!) Smoked roe-bearing shishamo (from Norway)
– Mirin-dried (from Norway or Iceland)
– Whole-dried male shishamo (from Iceland)
– Homemade male butterfly-cut overnight-dried (from Norway)

We sincerely hope that next season the capelin fishing quota will be issued for Icelandic waters.
